July continues to be active on the recruiting trail for LSU as the Tigers pick up their first 2023 OL commit. The Tigers also secured their 12th commitment in 14 days. Colston is one of six standout local sports figures who will be added to the Hall of Fame this year. Each year’s Hall of Fame class is selected by the Greater New Orleans Sports Awards Committee. The committee is comprised of former media members who annually recognize a variety of annual award-winners. July has been a successful month for the Tigers on the recruiting trail, as LSU picks up their third commitment for the class of 2024. LSU currently has two other commits for the class of 2024 in Maurice Williams and Xavier Atkins. Joseph Stone, of Loganville, Georgia,  announced his commitment on Monday evening.
