SEC Media days wrapped up on Thursday and with that comes the release of the preseason poll and All-SEC Team honors by voters who attended SEC Media days in Atlanta. LSU was voted to finish fifth in the SEC West as they head into the 2022 season. The Tigers were picked to finish behind Alabama, Texas A&M, Arkansas and Ole Miss. Two Saints players will begin the start of training camp still recovering from their lingering injuries. It was reported by Nick Underhill that Michael Thomas and Marcus Davenport will begin the start of training camp on the PUP list. Michael Thomas Getting back Thomas to his normal self will be key for the Saints’ offense to take off in 2022. Thomas has been recovering from a complicated ankle injuries and subsequent surgeries.
