The Dallas Cowboys score 49, the highest point total of the season.  The offense played very well in Sunday’s game versus the Chicago Bears, and the defense got on the scoreboard as well.  The team came out strong, scoring touchdowns and holding the Bears in check for the majority of the first half. Dak Prescott brings experience and ability to the offense and the results were on full display.  The defense managed to get a touchdown on a fumble recovery and a little bit of Micah Parsons’ magic.  They also gave up 29 points to the Bears, an offense who…

Cowboys Win!  The Dallas Cowboys week five match up brought them to Los Angeles to play the Rams.  The Cowboys came to play, setting the tone on defense with a strip sack returned for a touchdown.  Then special teams showed up with a blocked punt, all in the beginning of the first quarter.  The Cowboys were ready to play and the Rams came out flat.  Once the nerves settled the game had its moments, a few big plays from each offense, but the game was dominated by defense.  This streak of wins is credited to great defensive play. Rush Does…

The Dallas Cowboys are now 2-0 in the NFC East after beating the Washington Commanders.  Their win over the Giants solidifies them as second in the division behind the Philadelphia Eagles.  The Cowboys played well on offense led by Cooper Rush, now 4-0 as a starter and 3-1 on the season.  Rush is the first quarterback in franchise history to accomplish the 4-0 record.  The Dallas Cowboys are in a good position in their division, and the season is still young but a good start early is always appreciated by fans. Week three the Dallas Cowboys visited New York to play the Giants.  The game was back and forth until the fourth quarter where the Cowboys were able to put together some scoring drives.  All touchdowns came in the second half of the game when both defenses started getting a little tired.  The Cowboys played well enough to look like the better team in all three phases of football.  Here is the Cowboys Vs Giants recap. Offensive Keys The most notable difference between the two teams was the pass protection.  Cooper Rush was not sacked once and looked really confident and…

Week one started versus the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and all I can say is “How ’bout them Cowboys.”  Now that that’s out of the way, the Cowboys and the fans could be looking at a long, rough season.  Unless the Buccaneers are a way better team than the rest of the league.  Unfortunately I do not think that is the case, and the Cowboys are simply not looking good. Where are the receivers? While Cowboys fans knew they had a weak wide receiver core it was unclear how much that would hurt their usually high powered offense.  After watching the…

He was practically untouchable and certainly not going to be chased down. Ladies and Gentlemen, KaVontae Turpin. KaVontae Turpin got two touches as a returner, one kickoff and one punt return. Dallas Cowboys put out a lackluster display for their opening preseason game of the season.  Cowboys fans are expecting to see more from their team during their week two performance.  While the game was a loss, there is a silver lining, this is preseason we are talking about.  Since the game, the Cowboys have made changes, cutting players to narrow down the roster.  Some aspects to look for during their next game include the second string quarterback position, the penalty problem, and the overall quality of play from the offense and defense. Week Two Performance Expectations: The Quarterback Situation Prior…

Training Camp has been officially underway for about a week and the Cowboys are already facing injury concerns.  Wide Receiver James Washington fractured his fifth metatarsal during a seven on seven drill.  Health is an ongoing battle for the team and this injury will put Washington out for 6-10 weeks.  This coincides with the Michael Gallup injury, leaving the position at a bit of a disadvantage.  The wide receiver injury theme is not a good look entering the 2022 season. James Washington Injury During the first practice wearing pads the team was running seven on seven drills for the skills…

Recently the Dallas Cowboys partnered with a new sponsor.  A coffee company that sells gun-themed products.  This has caused some commotion on social media for the wrong reasons.  The company is called Black Rifle Coffee Co.  Their coffee themes consist of blends such as “AK-47 Espresso,” Silencer Smooth,” and “Murdered Out.”  These names of beverages, while catchy, are not settling for the American public.  A key concept not grasped by these outraged individuals is the support of our United States military, as per the mission of the company. Black Rifle Coffee Co. Evan Hafer is a veteran who founded the…

Who are the top selling NFL players in 2022 Not one of them is a Dallas Cowboys player. It’s normal for jersey sales to increase when a player is traded. Also it’s normal to see an increase in sales when a player emerges as a superstar. The Cowboys have popular players with high jersey sales such as Dak Prescott and Ezekiel Elliott. Next to them there are players such as Ceedee Lamb and Trevon Diggs who have a decent number of sales. But this is America’s team, why are more Cowboys fans not repping their favorite players. Key Players Micah…
