Week three was an eventful one in the XFL. There are multiple XFL players facing disciplinary actions following what happened in the game between the DC Defenders and the St. Louis Battlehawls. The Defenders beat the Battlehawks in a high scoring 34-28 game. In the final couple of minutes of the match, a fight broke out on the field, involving multiple players on both teams. Here is a look at the XFL players facing disciplinary actions for what happened in DC.
XFL Players Facing Disciplinary Actions
Here is a look at the punishments the XFL players and coaches will face. These were given out by the XFL president, Russ Brandon, according to the XFL Communication Department on Twitter.
Francis Bernard (2 Game Suspension)
Defenders linebacker, Francis Bernard is one of the XFL players who will miss two games for his actions during the week three game. This means he will be missing the games against the Vegas Vipers and the Battlhawks when they face again in two weeks. This is a tough blow to the Defenders who have been relying on their defense.
Gabe Wright (1 Game Suspension)
Defenders defensive lineman Gabe Wright will only be missing the game against the Vegas Vipers. Wright is lucky to only miss one game, and while it should not hurt the team too much, the fight was a bad look on a veteran player.

Jaryd Jones (2 Game Suspension)
Battlehawks offensive tackle, Jaryd Jones will also be missing the next two games. This means he will not be able to play against the Renegades next week, and the Defenders in two weeks. Luckily for the Battlehawks, only one of their players will be facing a suspension, but as an offensive lineman, this can hurt a strong team.
The XFL players who are suspended will not be able to practice with their teams but may attend meetings, meals, and workouts.

Fines
There were three players and one coach on each team to face fines. The exact price that these XFL players will have to pay has not been publicly announced as of now.
Defenders Players
Anthoula Kelly (CB), Jamal Brooks (LB), Rod Taylor (G), and Jeremy Watkins (Coach)
Battlehawks Players
Nate Meadors (DB) Travis Feeney (LB), Brian Hill (RB), Tory Woodbury (Coach)
The XFL has clearly demonstrated that they will not allow the behavior that occurred at the end of the week three matchup between the Battlehawks and the Defenders.
Be sure to watch week four of the XFL to see how these teams are impacted, and make sure that this does not happen again.
