The Philadelphia Eagles made a power move this off-season by offering the fifth biggest running back contract in the NFL to Saquon Barkley after losing most of their running back room. The Tennessee Titans have made multiple big moves this off-season to build their offense back up after parting ways with superstar running back Derrick Henry.
