Week 2 of college football was insane. The AP Poll saw some major changes after big wins, upsets, and close wins. BYU made a major jump from 21 to 12 after beating Baylor in 2OT in a late-night matchup.
BYU had an amazing win under the lights on Saturday night. The Oregon Ducks who were unranked last Saturday make number 25 after their win over Eastern Washington. Georgia moves up after Alabama nearly lost to Texas. Alabama moves down after the near loss to Texas. USC moves to 7 after their big win over Stanford. Oklahoma State moves up to 8 after their win over Arizona State. Kentucky makes a major hop to number 9 from 20 after some big wins in week one and week two. Arkansas moves up 6 places and breaks the top 10.
Michigan State moves up 3 spots. Tennessee makes number 15 after beating Pittsburgh. Baylor fell from number 9 to 17 after losing to BYU in 2OT. Florida also falls after their loss to Kentucky. Wake Forest from 23 to 19. Texas makes its first appearance after nearly beating Alabama. Penn State also makes its first appearance after beating Purdue and Ohio. Pittsburgh falls to number 23 after losing to Tennessee. Texas A&M drops 18 spots to number 24 after losing to App State.
