We’ve got drama in Norman once again folks, and this time, it’s along the offensive line. It has been announced that Wanya Morris will be suspended for the start of the 2022 season. Insiders believe that he has been suspended because of academic issues. This may ring a bell, as RB Marcus Major was suspended last season for a similar reason. However, unlike Major, Morris should be back rather soon, as most reports say that it likely won’t be for more than two games. We should see him back in action against Nebraska in Lincoln. The OU tailgating situation has been a topic of controversy for quite some time now, and rightfully so. The University of Oklahoma has received flak in the past for having one of the more lackluster tailgating scenes among P5 schools. This has been recently addressed by the University, but not in the way that many of us wanted. Instead of opening up areas like Lindsey Street to the public, OU has announced the expansion of private tailgating areas, and fans are furious. The corporatization of a great tradition is not only a blatant cash grab, it’s downright disrespectful to fans.…
