The Buffalo Bills are adding to their secondary. Buffalo signed Safety Taylor Rapp to a one-year deal. Rapp’s contract details haven’t been released yet. Free Agent Tight End Foster Moreau delivered  shocking news Wednesday. Via Twitter, Foster Moreau revealed he has Hodgkin lymphoma and is retiring from the NFL.
