Phillip Lindsay has signed with the Seattle Sea Dragons in the XFL. Lindsay was an undrafted player who played for the Denver Broncos.
Lindsay didn’t sign with any NFL teams during the offseason. Lindsay is taking his talents to the XFL.
Lindsay joins a Sea Dragons team that is currently 5-2. The Sea Dragons have the second-best offense in the XFL. The Sea Dragons rushing offense averages 94.1 yards per game.
Lindsay was the talk of the town with the Denver Broncos. Lindsay played college football at the University of Colorado and was the “hometown kid.” Lindsay made the pro bowl during the 2018-19 NFL season.
From 2018-2022, Lindsay recorded 2,848 rushing yards and scored 18 rushing touchdowns. Lindsay also recorded 529 receiving yards and scored two receiving touchdowns. Lindsay averaged 4.5 yards per carry.
Seattle has three games left on their schedule. It will be interesting to see how the Sea Dragons utilize Lindsay.
