Dallas Cowboys All-Pro Micah Parsons Takes Top Spot in Jersey Sales for 2023 Season
Texas natives showed love for their Dallas Cowboys once again as Micah Parsons led all NFL players for the most jersey sales this season. Parsons is one of the best young edge rushers in the league and was named defensive rookie of the year in 2021.
Parsons recently started a podcast called “The Edge with Micah Parsons” where he gives an inside perspective of the Cowboys’ season and storylines each week, which has increased his popularity this season despite being one of the best at his position.
Parsons’ personality, willingness to give an inside perspective and the states love for the Cowboys will most likely leave him near the top of this list for years to come. Parsons was only the highest selling jersey in the state of Texas despite leading all players in sales.
Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes Sits in 2nd Place, Sold Most Jerseys in Different States
Patrick Mahomes, who is currently preparing for his 4th Super Bowl in the last 5 seasons came in second place when it comes to jersey sales from Lids. While he was not able to pass Parsons for the most total jersey sales, Mahomes was the highest seller in the most states (13). Christian McCaffrey, Aaron Rodgers, D.K Metcalf, Mac Jones and Joe Burrow were the only other players to be the best-selling jersey in multiple states.
Dallas Cowboys and San Francisco 49ers were the Top 2 Teams in Merchandise Sales
The Cowboys and San Francisco 49ers led all other franchises in merchandise sold this season. Dallas was the top seller in 7 states and had 2 players in the top 5 in Parsons and Dak Prescott.
