The New England Patriots completed voluntary organized team activities (OTAs) last Friday and will have mandatory minicamp from Monday, June 10, to Wednesday, June 12. Once minicamp finishes, they will have a month and a half off before training camp begins.
Six players, including their offensive weapon, missed the first day of minicamp.

Bourne is recovering from a knee injury.
Kendrick Bourne suffered a season-ending knee injury in Week 8

Bourne exited the fourth quarter with a knee injury during their 17-31 loss to the Miami Dolphins in Week 8. An MRI confirmed that he tore his ACL. As a result, the Patriots placed him on injured reserve, and he missed the rest of the season.
Bourne finished the season with 37 receptions on 55 targets for 406 yards and four touchdowns. Despite missing nine games, he finished 5th in receptions, 4th in targets, 3rd in yards, 2nd in touchdowns, and 1st in yards per game on the team.
Their head coach gave an injury update on Bourne three weeks ago.
Jerod Mayo gave an injury update on Kendrick Bourne in May

“It’s a week-by-week type of thing. We hope to get him out here, but he won’t be out here during the spring, I can tell you that,” Mayo said of Bourne’s availability. “So, we’ll see going forward. That’s more information than (the media) normally would get, right?”
It’s unclear whether Bourne will be ready for the start of the 2024 season or if he’ll be placed on the PUP list and miss the first four games.
We will keep you posted.
