The Green Bay Packers are expecting big things from AJ Dillon this year. After a down year, the offense may have to rely more on the running game with Jordan Love under center. This does not mean that the team does not believe in Love. In a recent interview, Dillon talked about how Love has the team’s full trust.

In an interview on SiriusXM Radio Dillon didn’t hold back the praise of the young quarterback.
“People trust him, people listen to him when he enters the huddle, because it’s not like some new guy that just popped up just calling the shots. He definitely has all the intangibles. He’s earned the trust of the locker room. Guys respect him. Guys wanna play for him. Guys wanna help him as much as they wanna help themselves.
“Obviously nothing’s perfect in football, everybody knows that. But I think he’s got a lot of support and everybody would run through a wall for him.”
Who knows whether Love will be good or not but he has the support of his teammates which is huge. You can be highly skilled but if you don’t have the support of teammates, it can hinder progress.

Could The Packers Surprise The League?
The Packers are very young and often young teams are not equipped for deep playoff runs. The receiving room does not have a player that has more than one year of NFL experience. Two rookie tight ends also join the young pass-catching group. This team would have to have some stellar performances from rookies to make a deep run. The good news is the defense is full of talent and Aaron Jones and Dillon could have a huge season behind the good offensive line. If Love is even decent, the Packers could surprise people.
AJ Dillon is ready to show that Jordan Love can be the next quarterback of the Green Bay Packers. They begin the new era against the hated rival Bears and if they can get a victory for Love, it would go a long way in building confidence.
