The Cleveland Browns offense has been a disaster through the first four games of the season, and much of that has to do with the offensive line.
Both of the Browns’ starting tackles, Jedrick Wills Jr. and Jack Conklin, have missed most of the season. Willis has been the only one to see action. He only made it through half of the Week Three game against the New York Giants before getting injured again.
Starting right guard, Wyatt Teller found himself on the IR after Week Three and will miss at least the next three games. The offensive line has been the worst in the NFL, and it doesn’t look like it will get any better.
Cleveland will have to suffer through the season before they can upgrade the position group, and one NFL mock draft has the Browns getting help there next season.
Cleveland Browns Get Offensive Line Help
LSU has some of the two best tackles in college football in Will Campbell and Emery Jones Jr. Both could go in the Top Ten of next year’s draft.
Joseph Acosta from SB Nation did a 2025 mock draft this week and had the Browns taking Jones with the fifth overall pick and two picks before he has Campbell going to New England.
The Browns are going to need a lot of help on offense this offseason, and they can’t go wrong with drafting a tackle or a wide receiver.
Cleveland needs a tackle in the worst way, and it’s pretty sad that the Browns already know they will have to draft a tackle with their first pick after only playing four games.
The Browns haven’t had a first-round pick since 2021, and they will most likely have a Top Ten Pick when they get to draft in the first round again.
