    Vegas Prediction: Packers -7 (39.5 O/U)

    Packers lead series 48-47-2

After traveling the last two games, the Packers return home to face the much-maligned Rams. These teams have been almost split against each other historically. The Packers maintain a one game lead in a series that dates back to 1937. Green Bay has won seven of their last eight games against the Rams. Aaron Rodgers is 5-1 against the Rams with a 109.9 passer rating that includes 1,761 passing yards, 13 touchdowns, and only three interceptions. Rodgers and the Packers seek to maintain their dominance Monday night.

Week 15 Packers Preview: What to Watch For

    O Romeo, O Romeo

Green Bay Packers wide receiver Romeo Doubs has logged multiple full practices this week and looks like he will be good to play Monday night. The rookie has been out the last four games and had the bye week to recover from the ankle injury he sustained against the Lions. This will be the first time in a long time that the Packers will have their entire wide receiving group playing healthy together.

This is great news for the Packers. Christian Watson has broken out massively after he battled injuries all off-season and at the beginning of the regular season. The dynamic rookie tandem should open up a lot more of the playbook. This will result in a more diverse play selection. Teams will have to play deep against the Packers. Watson has the speed to break one off at any moment and Doubs is open consistently with his route-running abilities. It should be fun to watch the Packers’ offense at near full strength.

    Baker Maybe-Field?

Say what you will about Baker Mayfield (I think he’s hilarious), but the comeback drive he led was top-notch. I am sure by now that you’ve heard that Baker pretty much learned the playbook overnight, but if you haven’t…yeah that’s pretty awesome. Baker’s career has been tumultuous. He started hot, breaking rookie records, but quickly flamed out. His later years with the Browns have been marred by injury, and his time with the Panthers wasn’t much better.

Mayfield has played the Packers only once in his career. In that game, he threw four interceptions. He comes into Monday night facing a Packers defense that forced three turnovers in their last game in Chicago. The Rams have also allowed an average of 3.5 sacks per game. What I’m trying to say is Baker Mayfield will have a tough go in Green Bay.

    Packers win 27-18

    • Baker Mayfield ain’t it this game. He will turn the ball over twice.
    • The Packers exploit the absence of Donald. They will score two rushing touchdowns.
    • Nothing changes for the Packers. Cam Akers will rush for over 100 yards.
