The Ohio State Buckeyes had an underwhelming 2023 season. They finished the season with an 11-2 record. They failed to win the Big Ten East for the third straight year and didn’t make the College Football Playoff.
Their defense played well. They allowed the third-least yards per game with 265.4 and allowed the second-least points per game with 11.2.
Their second leading sacker revealed his plans for the 2024 season.
This EDGE rusher for the Ohio State Buckeyes revealed his plans for 2024.
J.T. Tuimoloau announced on Instagram that he will return to Ohio State for his senior season.
“With heart felt gratitude to my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. A sense of unfinished business, and an unbreakable bond with my Buckeye brothers, I am standing firm into my decision to return #GOBUCKS🌰.”
Here’s what went down in Tuimoloau’s first three seasons.
His freshman season:
J.T. Tuimoloau committed to Ohio State as a five-star recruit for the 2021 season. Tuimoloau appeared in 11 games during his freshman season. He had 17 tackles, 4.5 for a loss, 3.5 sacks, and one pass deflection.

Will the Ohio State Buckeyes win the Big 10 next year?
The Big 10 conference will be expanding to 18 teams and will no longer have divisions for the 2024 season. Four teams will join the loaded Big 10 conference. They include the Oregon Ducks, the UCLA Bruins, the USC Trojans, and the Washington Huskies.
Will Ohio State for the first time since 2020, win the Big 10?
