Malik Nabers is one of the top three wide receivers in the upcoming NFL Draft.
Draft season is so frequently a time of smokescreens and misdirections. As the hundreds of players who will have their NFL futures decided to gear up for their big weekend, some will fall victim to their stock falling, whether by injury concerns or character concerns. Nabers is another top-flight draft prospect who has had questions brought about when it comes to his character.
Malik Nabers Will Visit Jets, Bears, Titans
The former LSU standout has three visits ahead of him this week. NFL insider Ian Rapoport has noted that Nabers will first make a stop in Nashville to visit the Titans on Monday, then will complete two other visits with the Jets on Tuesday and the Bears on Wednesday.
The Titans, Bears, and Jets are all close to each other in this year’s NFL Draft. The Titans pick the highest of this group at seventh overall, followed by the second pick of the first round for Chicago at ninth overall, and then the Jets will come up at 10th overall.
As of this moment, Nabers is mocked to be drafted virtually at any point in the top 10 selections, including to the Jets’ crosstown rival New York Giants. Nabers has already put the team and its fanbase on notice. Should the Giants select Nabers at sixth overall, it will evoke memories of another LSU receiver that the Giants took in the first round ten years ago.
