The Las Vegas Raiders are having a coaching firing spree in Week 9 as yet another coach was canned Wednesday. The Raiders fired general manager Dave Ziegler and head coach Josh McDaniels in just their second year with the team.

The Raiders announced Antonio Pierce would be the team’s interim head coach. But the staff shakeup didn’t stop there. According to Albert Breer with NBC Sports, the Raiders fired offensive coordinator Mick Lombardi.

The Raiders have also fired OC Mick Lombardi, per source.

Lombardi had been with the Raiders since the 2022 season. The offense has struggled since he’s been the offensive coordinator.
According to Ian Rapoport with the NFL Network, the Raiders are promoting quarterbacks coach Bo Hardegree as their interim offensive coordinator.

This is the first time Hardegree has been an offensive coordinator.
