The Kansas City Chiefs ruled out two offensive starters ahead of their important matchup with the Cincinnati Bengals. Offensive coordinator Matt Nagy called the Chiefs’ loss to the Las Vegas Raiders the offense’s low point in a season of valleys.
The Chiefs offense has struggled for most of the regular season. They only have two more games left in the regular season to clean up their chemistry issues before the playoffs. Injuries aren’t helping the Chiefs’ offensive woes before Week 17.

According to Pete Sweeney with Arrowhead Pride, the Chiefs ruled out left tackle Donovan Smith and wide receiver Kadarius Toney. Cornerback L’Jarius Sneed is questionable. The Chiefs are unsure of the status of running backs Isiah Pacheco and Clyde Edwards-Helaire.
The Chiefs could get wide receiver Mecole Hardman back against the Bengals.

The Chiefs need skilled players who can catch passes against the Bengals. But right now, the Chiefs just hope they have enough bodies on the active roster in Week 17. The pressure will once again be on quarterback Patrick Mahomes to lead a shorthanded team.
