The Cincinnati Bengal update for Joe Burrow following Thursday night’s game does not bode well for the team’s season. Burrow left the Bengals game against the Baltimore Ravens Thursday night with a right wrist injury in the first half.
The Bengals ruled Burrow out for the game early in the second half. Head coach Zac Taylor didn’t have promising news for Burrow following the Bengals’ loss to the Ravens.

It’s unclear when Burrow will return. However, given the nature of his position, it’s likely Burrow will miss multiple weeks before he can return to grip and throw a football.
That’s terrible news for the 5-5 Bengals. The Bengals enjoyed a four-game winning streak before their Week 10 loss to the Houston Texans. The Bengals will play the Pittsburgh Steelers and Jacksonville Jaguars in their next two games. They won’t win either without Burrow.
The Bengals’ playoff chances are all but over after Burrows’ injury Thursday night.
