Miami Dolphins receiver and former Kansas City Chief Tyreek Hill is calling out the Chiefs for getting saved by the refs in their game against the New York Jets. Hill on a podcast said that they should have let the end of the game play out instead of calling a controversial penalty on Jets Corner Sauce Gardner which ultimately sealed the game for Kansas City.

Tyreek Hill Comments
The star receiver said, “The Chiefs got saved like that last year for real though, against the Eagles in the Super Bowl if we’re being for real. Then they come back and get saved in the Jets game. Maybe because Taylor Swift was in the building.”
Hill then invited Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce to come on the podcast and share his thoughts on the situation. He believes that Kansas City gets saved by the refs in critical moments, which has been a hot topic amongst NFL fans. He also thinks that Taylor Swift’s association with Travis Kelce may have something to do with these types of calls going in their favor.
Jets’ Frustration
Sauce Gardner showed his frustration about the call on Twitter, posting a video of the so-called “penalty” against him that sealed the game for the Chiefs. He says that he was holding the receiver at around five to seven yards from the line of scrimmage which is almost rarely called a penalty. He also claims that he did not affect the receiver whatsoever so the refs should have let it play out.
Since we are commenting, let me say it from my perspective😂 For starters, this was around 5-7 yds from the LOS… not 15. 2. I extended my arms and he made the choice to lean on me with all of his weight which caused my hand to slide to the back of his pad; not his neck😂 I did… https://t.co/tVbV6kfKTI pic.twitter.com/eA15AbfWTK

This call has stirred a lot of controversy amongst NFL fans who have claimed that the Chiefs have had certain calls go in their favor in previous games. The Jets fell to the Chiefs 23-20 on Sunday Night Football and were not able to get another chance to possess the ball due to the call.
