NFL Free agency is right around the corner and one of the biggest dominos left to fall is the future of former Tennessee Titans All-Pro running back Derrick Henry. Henry just posted his fifth 1000-yard season and reached his 4th pro bowl for the Titans in 2023. He will be entering free agency this offseason, and many believe he will be moving on from Tennessee. We now have some insight on what his future will look like as Bet MGM released betting odds on his next team.

Baltimore Ravens +325 The Favorites
The Baltimore Ravens have been recently rumored to be a potential landing spot for Derrick Henry. The Ravens have been looking for a main stay at running back for a few years now. Over the past few seasons their running back room has been riddled with injuries and missed games, leading to practice squad call-ups and mid-season signings. Despite Henry’s age the running back still shows signs of durability, playing in 16 games in 2022, and in 17 games a season ago in 2023. Giving MVP quarterback Lamar Jackson someone he can rely on in the backfield would be of great interest to the Baltimore Ravens.
Dallas Cowboys +375 Next In Line
The Dallas Cowboys will be in the market for a running back as they failed to franchise tag Tony Pollard, their starter from a season ago. After letting Ezekiel Elliot walk last off-season, we saw Derrick Henry’s name linked to the Cowboys, although Henry did not leave Tennessee. Those rumors can once again pick up steam with desperation mounting to finally lift another Lombardi trophy for the Cowboys. Dallas has historically preferred big and physical running backs, like Ezekiel Elliott and Demarco Murray, and Derrick Henry would certainly fit that narrative.
Tennessee Titans Still Listed as +1000 Long Shot
While most see it as unlikely, especially with Head Coach Mike Vrabel out the door, the Titans are still listed as long-shots to retain Derrick Henry. While this might be more of a formality by the sportsbooks, anything is possible. Many feel that Derrick Henry played his last game as a Titan when he said goodbye after the teams season finale in week 18 last season. The Titans did not place the franchise tag on him, making it more likely that Henry moves on. Henry himself noted that he feels the Titans are headed in a “different direction” in an interview with Bussin with the Boys. It is not impossible, but a return to Tennessee is unlikely.
While it is still too early to say any of these teams are a lock to acquire Derrick Henry, the Baltimore Ravens appear to be the most likely to bring in the All-Pro running back. All odds provided are via BetMGM Sportsbook.

I agree with a lot of your article. I just don’t see him going to the ravens. That team folds like a folding chair in the playoffs
Lets see what happens! Maybe Henry can help with the Ravens playoff disappointments.
