Do you lay in bed at night thinking, “how do I create the perfect football charcuterie board for game day?”  Yeah, me either. But, in the event that we did do that, I created this simple guide with five tips to steer us in the right direction. We represent — tailgating tips: TAILGATING TIPS 1. Read the Room This one is pretty important and will help you avoid people gagging at the thought of eating goat cheese. Typically, I stand by the rule of a soft cheese, a hard cheese, two meats, crackers, something sweet, fruits, a spread, and some…

It was Tua Tagovailoa’s injury to the head that made everyone’s jaw drop during the Thursday night game against the Bengals. Presenting the incident as a “back and neck” injury, the Miami Dolphins are getting ready to go through some serious investigation. Tua’s injury appeared to be a concussion during the previous game against the Buffalo Bills. He showed signs of this, as he was wobbly upon standing. However, he was cleared to play, and some people are pretty angry. Media has done nothing short of play the blame game. https://twitter.com/i/status/1575661308653240320 Responsibility of Veteran Players There was a lot of…

Tua Tagovailoa’s concussion was the slam heard around the world on Thursday night. After what appeared to be a concussion last week in the Miami Dolphins game against the Buffalo Bills, Tua was allowed to play. Alabama Crimson Tide fans were scratching their heads (SCREAMING) at halftime with a score of 10-10 in the game against the Texas Longhorns. The last half only got louder with Texas up by six in part of the fourth quarter. This Alabama game was one to remember. Between all of the flags and unusual performances, somehow Alabama made it out with a win at 20-19. Coming down to only a field goal, Bama fans can breathe a sigh of relief that they didn’t actually lose to Texas. We’re a little embarrassed though. What was going on?! A lot of things.…

You’re confused. I get it. But not as confused as I was when I looked down into a sad, styrofoam (don’t judge me), bowl of Velveeta/Rotel dip. Don’t get me wrong. It’s “good.” It always will be. However, I just can’t condone this behavior anymore. I’m better than this. I think back to 2018, 2019, and even 2020. I was a snack GODDESS. The old me would have been disappointed in this crockpot created, mild, cheesy, three-ingredient dip. Have I really become this complacent with the Tide’s winnings that I think we don’t need a little food for encouragement?  This…

No. However, there were a few things that stood out in the Alabama game that should make us excited for the season. Nick Saban was pretty satisfied as well. I’m not saying that this was a riveting game that had us looking past our classic Velveeta/Rotel dip, but it was a chill, blowout of a game that set the tone for the season. 1. Explosive Defense It is no shock that…
