The Kansas City Chiefs had three key offensive players miss their second practice of the week on Thursday afternoon. The Chiefs are preparing to take on the Baltimore Ravens in the AFC Championship Game.
The win over the Buffalo Bills was costly
They could be severely short-handed after suffering a few key injuries during their Divisional Round win over the Buffalo Bills. Offensive lineman Joe Thuney (pec) and running back Isiah Pacheco (toe) suffered troubling injuries against the Bills. Wide receiver Skyy Moore, still on injured reserve, suffered a setback during the Chiefs’ Thursday practice last week.
3 Kansas City Chiefs are trending toward missing the Ravens’ game
According to Pete Sweeney with Arrowhead Pride, Moore, Thuney, and Pacheco did not practice Thursday. Defensive tackle Derrick Nnadi missed as well.
The #Chiefs say WR Skyy Moore (IR/knee), DT Derrick Nnadi (tricep) and LG Joe Thuney (pec) will NOT practice on Thursday. RB Isiah Pacheco (ankle/toe) plans to do the walkthrough but will also NOT practice.
RG Trey Smith (illness) and S Mike Edwards (concussion) are back.

Friday’s injury report will be telling
Missing two practices is a bad sign for their availability to play the Ravens. Pacheco appears to have the best chance to play on Sunday. However, an ankle/toe injury is a concerning issue for a running back to have during a game. Pacheco will likely be of limited help if he can play the Ravens.
