The Earl Campbell Tyler Rose Award watch list is out. The Award goes to the best college football player from the state of Texas and is a newer award but a fun one. It’d be interesting to see other talent-rich states like Florida, California, Ohio, Louisiana, and so on do something similar. Those states like Texas have no shortage of talent as you can see on this list.
