The 68 Ventures Bowl ended in quite the scuffle.
Following the South Alabama Jaguars’ 59-10 drubbing of the Eastern Michigan Eagles, the 68 Ventures Bowl didn’t end when the final whistle sounded.
During South Alabama’s post-game celebrations, an Eastern Michigan player rushed over and attacked one of the Jaguars’ players, igniting a massive brawl.

68 Ventures Bowl Game Rundown
In a game that South Alabama was favored by 17.5 points, the game was even more of a blowout than expected as the Jaguars rushed to a 17-0 lead in the first quarter and never looked back. Jaguars QB, Gio Lopez threw for 192 yards and three touchdowns to lead the way while the freshman signal caller added 88 yards and another score on the ground. Easter Michigan’s Cam’Ron McCoy threw for only 73 yards but led the Eagles with 77 yards on the ground and scored the team’s lone touchdown with a 10-yard plunge late in the fourth quarter.
