While the greatest coach, Bill Belichick, will not be on an NFL sideline this upcoming season, he is set for an extremely busy year with all of the jobs that he has accumulated. No matter what you want to say about Belichick, he is certainly a smart man, and he has set up tons of very exciting gigs for himself and for fans for the 2024 season, specifically the gigs that involve Peyton Manning and Tom Brady.
Bill Belichick And Peyton Manning Make Exciting Announcement
Belichick is building a long list of roles for the 2024 season. He is already set to host a podcast that will discuss NFL play in depth the same way he would break down film as a coach. He will also be making regular appearances on TV as well throughout the season.
Additionally, Bill just announced with SiriusXM Radio that he’ll be joining a new cast for the “Let’s Go!” podcast, and for those who don’t know, that’s the podcast that Tom Brady started. While Brady is taking a step back from the podcast, Bill is becoming a key member of the cast. Brady will make guest appearances as he will be in his new role at FOX.
While we knew that Bill was also teaming up with the Manning brothers, now we know exactly what that means. Belichick is set to appear in the first half of every single “Manningcast” throughout the entire season, and he will officially be hosting a new show with Peyton Manning that will take place on ESPN every Friday!
This is next level, and it has fans buzzing, as these are two of the smartest individuals in the history of the sport. They will both be heading to the film room in this show to break down players, and schemes, and highlight the game they will be covering.
NFL Fans Are All Loving The Announcement Of The New Show
Football fans are all loving this announcement, as it does not get much better than that period. Peyton is arguably the smartest offensive mind in the history of the league, while Bill is clearly the most brilliant defensive mind.
Fans all know that they will be getting some incredible content from these two men in the 2024 season:
“Can’t get much better than that film room session,” one fan said.
“Big brains on display, this is going to be awesome,” said another fan.
“I’m wondering why ESPN didn’t just place these two on NFL Matchup. It sounds like the same concept to me. Could have saved money that way, maybe even expanded it to an hour-long show,” one fan added.
“If you watch, you will learn something about how things actually work on the football field every single time. Enjoy it while you can. If he gets a job next season you’ll miss this side of him. To the haters who complained about how little he said for 25 years…LOL,” another fan said.
“NBA could really use something like this. Technical fluency in NFL discourse is miles ahead, there’s plenty of opportunity to close that gap,” another fan added.
“Never would’ve placed this on my bingo card but here we are,” said one fan.
I for one, agree with the fans and really cannot wait to see these two gentlemen in the same room or not, breaking down film together. From bitter and respected rivals, to now explaining and teaching the game together, as the last fan mentioned, this was certainly not on our bingo cards, but it’s awesome.
