NFL: The 2024 Super Bowl will be held on Sunday, February 11th in Las Vegas, NV.  The Kansas City Chiefs are the reigning champions and, while they didn’t start the title defense off on the right foot, they figure to certainly be in the mix by year’s end.  One NFL Analyst who has correctly picked the last four Super Bowl winners has officially made his selection for the next one.

NFL Network’s Peter Schrager Picks The Kansas City Chiefs To Square Off Against The San Francisco 49ers In Super Bowl LVIII

The @nflnetwork‘s resident fortune-teller @PSchrags — who has correctly predicted the last four Super Bowl winners — just picked the #Chiefs over the #49ers 34-28 to win Super Bowl LVIII on @gmfb.

If that matchup sounds familiar, it’s because it is.  On February 2nd, 2020 the Chiefs rallied past the 49ers to win Super Bowl LIV.  Patrick Mahomes led the Chiefs in the fourth quarter to the tune of three touchdowns in the final 6:13.  Kansas City overcame a double-digit deficit for the third time in a row that pos-season to win the Lombardi Trophy 31-20.

Heading into the 2023 season, both teams figure to be a power house in their conference.  Even with the Chiefs’ loss to the Lions to start the year, no one should be writing them off as Super Bowl candidates yet.  The 49ers have one of the best rosters in the NFC.  Their only question-mark seems to be at QB.  Brock Purdy will look to continue his unexpected success from 2022.

If Schrager’s prediction holds true, the Chiefs will have been to their fourth Super Bowl in last five years, winning three of them.
