The Jerod Mayo era as the New England Patriots head coach officially began when the Patriots hired him in January, replacing Bill Belichick after he spent 24 seasons in that position.
Not only are the Patriots hoping Mayo can be their head coach over the next ten-plus years, but they also hope their 3rd overall pick is their long-term solution at quarterback.

“I love Boston. I love the Patriots. I love the organization,” Stevenson said on Tuesday, via Mark Daniels of MassLive.com. “Yeah, I’d love to be here for [a] countless amount of years.”
He had a solid start to his career.

Stevenson was happy and wasn’t surprised by the Patriots drafting offensive players.
“It’s not a surprise or anything,” Stevenson said at Gillette Stadium on Tuesday afternoon. “Offense hasn’t been up to par the last couple of years. So I think Eliot (Wolf) and Jerod (Mayo) noticed that, just like everybody else, and just tried to help us out a little bit, give some more key pieces.
“It’s time for us to rock now. It’s all on us.”
Conclusion
To conclude, the New England Patriots hope Jerod Mayo can be the head coach over the next ten-plus years, Drake Maye can be the quarterback for the next ten-plus years, and Rhamondre Stevenson hopes he can stay in New England for the foreseeable future.
