It’s been a tough couple of months for Bill Belichick. It may be difficult for him to see the Kansas City Chiefs dominating the AFC and the NFL as his New England Patriots did in years past.
He may still be salty about the Patriots dropping him after the 2023 season. Belichick may feel like he was hard done by the organization he helped turn into a juggernaut in the 2000s and 2010s with six Super Bowl rings.

However, his love life is one aspect of his life where he’s not experiencing any trouble. The 72-year-old head coach is having a great time with new girlfriend Jordon Hudson, a woman almost 50 years his junior.
His friends don’t think their relationship is going to last. Two former Patriots had hilariously sincere wishes for their head coach. Given how influential Bill is in the NFL space, it’s only natural that other parties would also give their two cents on the issue.
Kansas City Chiefs’ Travis Kelce quips about Bill Belichick’s new girlfriend

During the latest New Heights episode, Travis and brother Jason Kelce talked about Belichick getting involved in a romantic hurricane with a woman who hasn’t even gone past the age of 25.
The retired Philadelphia Eagle tried to reel in the chaos by warning Travis not to make any cheeky comments, but the younger brother couldn’t resist giving one out.
Per The Spun’s Andrew McCarty:
The younger Kelce brother couldn’t even finish his comment about the six-time Super Bowl-winning coach before his older brother, Jason, popped into the conversation.
“Let’s not go there,” the future Hall of Famer said. “Please. Jesus Christ.”
“He’s killing it,” Travis said with a laugh.
While Travis’ comment is certainly funny, the Kansas City Chiefs TE may understand Bill better than others due to his very public relationship with Taylor Swift. While his love affair may not raise as many eyebrows, he can understand how public perception can impact a relationship.
It may be a reach, but Travis’ comment may be his own way of expressing solidarity with the legendary coach.
