The Kansas City Chiefs have a date with the Buffalo Bills in the Divison Round of the playoffs on Sunday. However, they could receive some reinforcements on the offensive end before their epic showdown with the AFC East winners. Per ESPN’s Adam Schefter, the Chiefs have activated the 21-day practice window for wideout Skyy Moore.

Moore landed on the injured reserve (IR) in mid-December with a knee injury. He left his team’s Week 15 contest against the New England Patriots due to knee swelling. He can return at any point during the Chiefs’ playoff run, including Sunday against the Bills.
Kansas City Chiefs WR Skyy Moore: Disappointing Sophomore Season
Moore, the 54th overall pick in the 2022 NFL draft, looked to take a big step forward this season with the departure of JuJu Smith-Schuster but struggled to carve out a consistent role. He recorded just five catches for 43 yards in his final five regular season games. He finished the season with 21 receptions for 244 yards and one score on 38 targets. His best game of the season came against the Jacksonville Jaguars in mid-September, catching three passes for 70 yards and a score.
Moore posted 22 receptions for 250 yards and no touchdowns as a rookie last season. The Chiefs burned another high-valued pick on a receiver in last year’s draft, selecting SMU’s Rashee Rice with the 55th overall pick. Unlike Moore, Rice has primarily lived up to his potential. The six-foot-two wideout has 79 receptions for 938 yards and seven touchdowns this year.
Kansas City: Short Underdogs Against Buffalo Bills This Weekend
The Chiefs will head to Orchard Park on Sunday as a field goal underdog. They beat the Miami Dolphins 26-7 during Super Wild Card Weekend. The Kansas City defense played well, holding the Dolphins to 264 yards of offense while recording two sacks and a pick. Meanwhile, the Bills bested the Pittsburgh Steelers 31-17. Quarterback Josh Allen dominated, throwing for 203 yards and three scores. He also added eight rushes for 74 yards and a touchdown.
