Kansas City Chiefs fans are spoiled. Their team managed to make it to another Super Bowl despite having an uninspired start to the season. Thanks to Patrick Mahomes’ heroics and Andy Reid’s trust in their team, they might witness their team lift the Lombardi at the field of the Las Vegas Raiders.
As the team prepares for the big game, Chiefs Kingdom is slowly starting to fill every corner of Las Vegas. They visit one of their favorite spots in Sin City to celebrate their team’s incredible win.
Kansas City Chiefs fans fill up favorite Las Vegas spot
KSHB’s Taylor Hemness is among the many Kansas City fans who made the trip to Las Vegas to see the Chiefs play the San Francisco 49ers at Allegiant Stadium. While other outlets were focused on the players and the game, he went off the beaten path and looked into how the Chiefs Kingdom is in Sin City.
He discovered something magical:
Even before the Raiders moved to Las Vegas, Chiefs Kingdom had already established the Blue Diamond Saloon as a gathering place to watch the Kansas City Chiefs.
The saloon, open for 24 years, bills itself as the oldest Chiefs Kingdom outpost in Las Vegas.
I found out the bar was started more than 20 years ago by three friends in Nebraska bonded together by their love for the Chiefs.
The bar plans to welcome Chiefs fans for a special watch party on Sunday, but the $120 tickets sold out very quickly.
It’s a nice sight to see the Chiefs Kingdom alive in Vegas even before they began dominating the NFL with Patrick Mahomes, Travis Kelce, and Andy Reid.
An update on Kansas City Chiefs fans’ deaths
Preliminary post-mortem reports on the three Kansas City Chiefs fans who were found dead at the home of their friend reveal shocking details about their untimely demise.
According to FOX News’ Christina Coulter, the three friends—Ricky Johnson, 38, Clayton McGeeney, 36, and David Harrington, 37—had THC, cocaine, and fatal levels of fentanyl in their systems.
The families of the victims maintained that foul play was involved, with one parent saying that they most likely bought the drugs to get high.
