New head coach Jim Harbaugh has made an awesome change to the Los Angeles Chargers locker room. Harbaugh is back in the NFL after a national title with the Michigan Wolverines and he’s making some awesome changes already to the Chargers culture and locker room.
Jim Harbaugh Motivating Los Angeles Chargers Players
Per Dan Wolkenstein of the LA Football Network, Harbaugh is making two new interesting changes to the Los Angeles Chargers locker room.
He has rearranged the players locker rooms to be in numerical order, and he put each players recruiting level out of high school underneath each players nameplate. The second of those is quite an interesting move, as each player will look at their high school level of recruitment every day at their locker.
The Chargers only have a few players that were top recruits out of high school, so most players will get that extra motivation every day in the locker room when they see how they were doubted coming out of high school.

Los Angeles Chargers Need More Contributors
The Los Angeles Chargers only have two five star recruits out of high school in their star safety Derwin James and offensive lineman Foster Sarell. Besides for them most of their players will be looking at their locker and see 2 or 3 star recruits out of high school.
Justin Herbert even, was not a five star recruit out of high school. Jim Harbaugh won at Michigan with many top recruits, but he is also a special coach at getting the best production from players that have zero coverage. While this new locker room stunt is awesome, the team is in real need of more top players.
The team is looking to add more contributors, as they lost Keenan Allen in addition to other star contributors this off season. The Chargers sit nicely with the No. 5 overall pick in the NFL Draft and could use that to get the best receiver in the draft.
Both Marvin Harrison Jr. and Malik Nabers are thought of at the top weapons in this years draft and the Chargers should be able to make their choice between the two.
