The Denver Broncos finally got rid of wide receiver Jerry Jeudy after trading him to the Cleveland Browns on Saturday for a fifth- and sixth-round pick.
Jeudy was drafted in the first round of the 2020 draft and was very promising coming out of Alabama. However, through his first four seasons in the league, he never lived up to the hype, and one former Broncos player made sure to make fun of him on his way out.
Mark Schlereth Wasn’t Happy With Jeudy
Former guard Mark Schlereth, who still does sports radio in Denver and broadcasts games on Fox, made sure he gave his thoughts on Jeudy, and they weren’t good. Schlereth posted a video on X about Jeudy being a bust at the receiver position. He also stated Jeudy is not a great football player and went on about how he can’t run routes, drops the football, and doesn’t block and finish by saying good riddance.

As you can see, Schlereth isn’t a massive fan of the four-year receiver, and now he doesn’t have to deal with him anymore in the Mile High City.
Schlereth Tried To Apologize
Schlereth did come out and apologize for his actions, tweeting “I, woke up today and chose violence… Should I be more mature…Probably, But as always, say I’m a gracious loser, but I’m a jerk when I feel like I won.”

Cleary Schlereth and Jeudy have had to have some beef off the field that we don’t know much about, and Schlereth feels like he has won the battle.
Denver Broncos Have A Huge Offseason Ahead
Denver is heading into a critical offseason after not making the playoffs last season under new head coach Sean Payton’s first year. They have released quarterback Russell Wilson and traded away one of their starting receivers.
It is rebuilding time in Denver, and the next few weeks and months will be very critical for a team that was supposed to be in the playoffs the last few years.
