The Cleveland Browns had a rollercoaster of a week due to Mike Hall Jr., their second-round draft pick from this April.
Hall was arrested on Tuesday morning for an incident that happened on Monday night involving domestic violence.
The 21-year-old defensive lineman was released from jail on Tuesday afternoon and attended the Cleveland Browns’ joint practices with the Minnesota Vikings on Wednesday.
Even though Hall was arrested the day before, he could still practice since the team or NFL had yet to punish him. During the joint practice, Hall ended up getting injured.
Cleveland Browns Could Be Without Mike Hall Jr. For A While
According to Mary Kay Cabot from Cleveland.com, “Mike Hall Jr. could miss some time with his neck stinger. Head coach Kevin Stefanski says It happened in practice the day after he was charged with domestic violence.”

Losing Hall was going to happen sooner or later since there would most likely be a punishment handed to him for his domestic violence case.
There is no timetable for Hall’s return at the moment, but even though he wasn’t going to see much action in the first handful of games, he needs to hurry back and get some practice reps in before he faces a suspension for his off-the-field acts, which will keep him away from the team for a while.
