The XFL is ready to begin their 2023 season as the teams have finalized their 51-man rosters. The teams are ready and these players are ready for another chance at their football careers. BYU has a couple on the team’s rosters. This league has eight teams, two of which have BYU players. Here is a look at the Cougars on XFL rosters.
BYU Players in the XFL
Tomasi Laulile DL Arlington Renegades
Playing for the Cougars from 2013-2016 and being a big guy for them up front on defense for those years. He then continued in the NFL where he played for the Colts and the 49ers. Spent last season with Houston in the USFL and now is ready for another season with a new team and a new league. Laulile has played in five professional games. This will be a great way for him to get his name back out there.
Tejan Koroma OL Seattle Sea Dragons
Playing for the Cougars from 2014-2017 as the Center and helped lead the offensive line to some big games four-year year starter and started in every game as a Cougar. Koroma has played for the Chiefs, the Panthers (USFL) and now for the Dragons in the XFL. Playing in 3 different leagues his football career continues and hopefully, he can stay healthy and have his story continue.
