September 12th, 2022. This marks the return of Rusell Wilson back to Seattle. It was quite a spectacle. I attended the game with my little brother and arrived five hours early and left an hour after the game. We are die-hard hawks fans. We fans wanted this game bad. Russell Wilson was an amazing face of the organization in his early years, he helped us win our only Super Bowl, and brought a lot of positivity to Seattle. But after a few years, he became an elitist. He cared more about his brand and his image rather than the guys…

According to Sports Betting Phanatics, the Seattle Seahawks are ranked #30 of 32 teams in regards to winning Super Bowl LVII in Glendale, Arizona. Taking a look at the rankings, the Seahawks are third to last place as far as Super Bowl Odds. There are very. low expectations for the organizations this year.  They have a ton of new players, will have one of the youngest teams in the league, and losing some key pieces. This list is extremely disrespectful. Shockingly, some teams ranked above the Seahawks include the NYJ, DET, JAX, and CHI. https://twitter.com/RFootball/status/1557761078230192133 In the Tweet above, you…

Marshawn Lynch has to be one of my favorite NFL and Seahawks players of all-time. The running back of the unforgettable “beast quake”, one of the most iconic interviewed guests, and an overall lovable guy. I have his Super Bowl 48 jersey and modeled a lot of my style of running back after him when I was in high school. He helped the Seahawks win their first Super Bowl and has always helped support the city of Seattle. Despite my admiration for Lynch, he made a mistake. On Tuesday morning August 9th around 7am, he was arrested in Las Vegas…

Nine training camp days have taken place for the Seattle Seahawks at the Virginia Mason Athletic Center (VMAC) in Renton, Washington. The Hawks held a “mock game” Saturday where they got to see some glimpses of every player. There was a blue team and a green team. Both sides played well, and there are a few names in particular that grabbed fans’ attention. Tariq Woolen (CB) Woolen, originally a 3-star wide receiver recruit, turned into a cornerback and is doing exceptionally well at camp. He is out on the frontlines guarding some of the top wide receivers in the game…

As a lifelong die-hard fan of the Seattle Seahawks, here is my unbiased prediction for the 2022 Seattle Seahawks season. With a new quarterback under center, no Wagner on defense, and several other moving pieces, we’re in for a unique year. Week 1 VS Denver Personally, I will be attending this game in person on Monday Night Football. My guess is that Russell comes in to prove a point. He will put up three touchdowns, but ultimately the Seahawks will stun them 28-24. 1-0 Week 2 @ San Francisco Playing in San Francisco hasn’t been Seattle’s strong suit as of…

Noah Fant came over to Seattle in the blockbuster trade of Russell Wilson. Some of the biggest strengths of Fant: 6-4, 249 pounds, hard to tackle. Great with run-blocking. Tight Ends thrive in Shane Waldron’s offensive schemes. Great athleticism and pass-catching abilities. Although Fant played with Lock in Denver and developed some chemistry over there, he will thrive regardless of the QB situation. Geno Smith has proven to get the ball into his playmakers’ hands and things are looking up for the entire Seattle receiving core. Not only do opposing defenses have to worry about the punishing D.K. Metcalf, the…

On July 26th, 2022, The Seattle Seahawks lost a phenomenal running back. Chris Carson lasted five seasons and had to hang up the cleats because of a brutal neck injury he had tried rehabbing for over a year. This is very similar to Andrew Luck who retired due to “a myriad of issues”.  Some players take a beating more than others and unfortunately can’t bounce back despite an offseason. Carson retired before his injuries got worse. I commend Carson for calling it quits before irreversible damage took place. Carson was a hard-nosed, punishing running back Over a span of five…

For one of the first years in a while, I am a big fan of the Seahawks’ draft picks. Led by Coach Pete Carroll and GM John Schneider, I believe they’re on the right track. After cutting Wilson and Wagner loose, they are allotted more cap space to mix and move pieces. These offseason moves, in turn, allow the team to draft the way they would like. Here are the Seahawks rookies going into the 2022-2023 season. 1st Pick #9 Overall – OT Charles Cross – Mississippi State Pete Carroll wants to get back to running the football. Cross comes…

Trey Lance is positioned to be the starting QB for the San Francisco 49ers. This leaves Jimmy Garoppolo as a backup or a tradable quarterback. Seahawks fans wouldn’t mind Garoppolo as the Seahawks starting QB. He was a backup quarterback to Tom Brady back in New England from 2014 to 2017. Jimmy was also the starter for San Francisco from 2017 to 2021. Odds are, Seattle has their eyes on potential quarterback candidates and Garoppolo fits the bill. His best trait is confident throws, quick releases, and pinpoint accuracy. Jimmy Garoppolo Would Give The Seahawks a Better Chance The quarterback…

The Seattle Seahawks’ Legion of Boom was nationally recognized as one of the greatest secondaries of all time. Members of the “LOB” include Richard Sherman; Earl Thomas; Kam Chancellor, Brandon Browner,  Byron Maxwell, and Jeremy Lane.  At the start of the 2018 NFL season, only Thomas remained, but in a Week 4 win over the Arizona Cardinals, he suffered a season-ending broken leg (his second in three seasons), and would eventually sign with the Baltimore Ravens on March 13, 2019, ending the LOB era in Seattle.  Several years have passed since this Superbowl-winning crew dissembled. So what are they up to now?…
