Arizona Cardinals Allegations
This report can be seriously damaging to the Cardinals’ clubhouse if proven truthful. According the The Athletic, a report stated that, “One employee said a supervisor told her she would be an ‘official Cardinal’ once she got yelled at by Bidwill or another senior manager.”
A quote from the victim came out as well saying, “Like 20 minutes after that, Michael Bidwill yelled at me.” According to her, the offense is that she was walking too slowly. The Bidwill family has owned the team for nine decades, and at the time of this incident did not have a dedicated director of human resources.
Issues With Ownership
These types of allegations have been voiced by multiple employees, especially women. Some have said that there are unwritten policies about how women are supposed to dress and interact with male football staffers and players, and where they could and couldn’t go in the building.
If these reports are proven to be true, there can be some serious punishments coming toward the Arizona Cardinals ownership. This situation is ongoing and will most likely be investigated by the NFL. We will make sure to keep you updated as the issue progresses.
