AJ Brown decided to call the WIP radio in Philadelphia on Friday to tackle different talking points about the Philadelphia Eagles while calling the media out for “making up rumors” about him and the team.
At the same time, the three-time Pro Bowler went on to rant about how he feels he is being misunderstood and has been singled out several times.

“You guys are supposed to support Philly, but it doesn’t turn out to be that. Why make up so many rumors? Most of the rumors don’t even be real rumors. These are rumors that you guys are making up and everybody ran with,” said Brown during the show.
“It gets frustrating because anything I say or do, it gets magnified times 10. I’m classified as a diva. I want the ball, this and that, blah blah blah,” added the Philadelphia Eagles WR. “I may not do it the best way every single time, but that’s who I am, that’s who I’m forever going to be until I’m six feet under the ground. I’m not going to change who I am.”
AJ Brown on his relationship with Jalen Hurts
During the long radio interview, AJ Brown reiterated that he has a good relationship with his quarterback, Jalen Hurts, calling rumors of their friction a “total BS.”
“I’m not going to get into me and his relationship on the air. But it’s total BS, you know what I’m saying,” said Brown. “It wasn’t a problem when I was on my six-game streak. They weren’t talking about that then, so they only started talking about that when we started losing. Of course, you see friction from everybody, from the coaches, the players, and from everybody. So there you go.”

Brown was talking about his NFL record of six consecutive games of tacking 125-plus receiving yards in each game, which was a key reason for their 10-1 start before losing six of their final seven games.
AJ Brown says he is happy in Philly
The best part of the interview, at least for Philadelphia Eagles fans, is when AJ Brown dispelled rumors about his discontentment with the team. Despite faltering late last year, Brown said that he is happy to be an Eagle.

“Why would somebody even think that I wasn’t happy?” said Brown. “I want to be an Eagle. Simple as that. I just want to let Philly know I love them, and everybody who’s making those rumors, hey man, you need to find another job.”
