The Miami Dolphins revealed a concerning update on wide receiver Tyreek Hill during the first half of their game against the Las Vegas Raiders. The Dolphins had a few key players on offense leave the game Sunday.
According to Cameron Wolfe with the NFL Network, running back De’Von Achane left the game with a knee injury and was ruled questionable to return.

Losing Achane was terrible enough, but then Hill went down with what appeared to be a gruesome hand injury. He was seen walking off the field, holding his hand in pain.
