Michigan and Ohio State fans love to go after each other on social media at any time, and even fantasy land isn’t out of the argument between these two fan bases. On Friday, both schools went to social media to fight over something they saw in a video game.

On Friday, EA Sports released a trailer for their new college football video game, NCAA 25. The trailer had a bunch of fantastic scenes around college football, and one of them was Illinois holding the Illibuck Trophy, which is a trophy that the winner gets when Illinois and Ohio State play each other.

Buckeye fans love to take shots at Michigan fans since their football program was down for a very long time before 2021 and ended up beating Ohio State three straight seasons and then winning the title, so the majority of Ohio State fans like to say that Michigan fans have only been a fan of the team since 2021. Luckily, their point is getting proven since they didn’t know the Illibuck Trophy, considering it’s one of the most iconic trophies in the Big Ten.
