We are now just one week away from the 2024 NFL draft. These are my rankings of the top 60 prospects for the draft. Here are 15 of my top 60 prospects in this year’s draft.
Top 15 of the 2024 NFL Draft
1. Marvin Harrison Jr (Ohio State) WR
Harrison Jr is one of the greatest WR prospects that the NFL draft has ever seen. At 6’4 205lbs Marvin will be an incredible player no matter who selects him next week.
2. Caleb Williams (USC) QB
Barring something insane happening in the next week, Caleb Williams will be the number one overall pick in the 2024 NFL draft. The 2023 Heisman winner is slated to be the future quarterback of the Bears.
3. Brock Bowers (Georgia) TE
Brock Bowers has been the best tight end in college football over the past 3 seasons. Bowers should be an immediate playmaker for any team that drafts him.
4. Malik Nabers (LSU) WR
Malik Nabers is another incredible receiver in this draft class. Nabers brings move of a speedy, big-play ability that separates him from other wide receivers in this draft.
5. Joe Alt (Notre Dame) OT
At 6’9 320 lbs, Alt is a massive human being. Even with his size he is still very athletic and should be a franchise NFL tackle for the next 10 years.
6. Rome Odunze (Washington) WR
Rome Odunze might not be the fastest or biggest receiver in this draft, but he is still one of the best. He is an incredible route runner who thrives at winning contested catches.
7. Drake Maye (North Carolina) QB
Drake Maye has been one of the most talked about prospects of the 2024 NFL Draft. Maye has the upside to be a Josh Allen-type quarterback, but some teams think his turnover ability will make him a bust.
8. Laiatu Latu (UCLA) EDGE
Similar to Maye, teams are very divided on Latu. His pure talent as an edge rusher should make him a top-ten pick, but his injury history is likely to push him down the board.
9. Jayden Daniels (LSU) QB
The word around Daniels is that he will be the number two overall pick to the Commanders. Daniels won the Heisman in 2024 and offers teams a strong arm and lots of rushing upside.
10. Olumuyiwa Fashanu (Penn State) OT
Regarded as a top-five pick in 2023, Fashanu decided to return to Penn State for another season. 2023 was an up-and-down season for Fashanu but he is still projected to be a top-15 pick.
11. Taliese Fuaga (Oregon State) OT
Fuaga is one of the best run blockers in this class. There is also a chance that he would be better suited to play guard in the NFL. Either way one team is going to get an animal in the first round.
12. Jer’Zhan Newton (Illinois) DT
People seem to have forgotten how good Newton was in 2022. Newton is a smaller defensive tackle who thrives at getting to the quarterback and should be an instant starter for an NFL team.
13. Quinyon Mitchell (Toldeo) CB
Opposite of Newton, Mitchell has been one of the most popular names around the 2024 NFL draft. Out of Toledo Mitchell is an aggressive corner that likes to get his hands on the football.
14. JC Latham (Alabama) OT
The 2024 tackle class is one of the best in NFL draft history. JC Latham is the fourth tackle in my rankings but is still one of the best players in the class. Latham uses his massive size to dominate the run game, and anchor in the pass game.
15. Jared Verse (Florida State) EDGE
Verse has put together two great seasons in his two years with Florida State. He has the ideal size and speed for an NFL defensive end and should be a top-20 pick in the NFL draft.
