They have made roster moves nonstop, releasing Jamal Adams, Quandre Diggs, and one of their offensive weapons.

According to Tom Pelissero of NFL Network, Seattle released Will Dissly, freeing up $7 million in cap space.
With the release of Adams, Diggs, and Dissly, Seattle will have $42.4 million in cap space.

Dissly posted his best statistical season in 2022, recording 34 receptions on 38 targets for 349 yards and three touchdowns, representing 60% of offensive snaps in 15 games. He suffered a knee contusion and missed the last two regular-season games and the Wild Card.
Dissly wasn’t productive and saw limited playing time in 2023. He had 17 receptions on 22 targets for 171 yards and one touchdown, representing 39% of offensive snaps in 16 games. He missed one game because of a shoulder injury.
Dissly isn’t the only free-agent tight end.
Will Dissly isn’t the only tight end in Seattle who will be an unrestricted free agent this offseason. Noah Fant and Colby Parkinson will be an unrestricted free agent.
Denver traded Drew Lock, Noah Fant, and Shelby Harris, two first-round picks (2022 and 2023), two second-round picks (2022 and 2023), and a 2022 fifth-round pick to Seattle in exchange for Russell Wilson and a 2022 fourth-round pick.
Seattle exercised Fant’s 5th-year option worth $6.85 million for the 2023 season.
Fant appeared in every game in 2022, recording 50 receptions on 63 targets for 486 yards and four touchdowns, representing 60% of offensive snaps. He also had one reception on two targets for 11 yards in the Wild Card.
Fant appeared in every game in 2023, recording 32 receptions on 43 targets for 414 yards, representing 55% of offensive snaps.
Seattle drafted Colby Parkinson in the 4th round, 133rd overall in the 2020 NFL Draft.
Parkinson didn’t play much in his first two seasons but saw extending playing time in his third and fourth. Parkinson appeared in every game in 2022, recording 25 receptions on 34 targets for 322 yards and two touchdowns, representing 41% of offensive snaps. He also had three receptions on six targets for 14 yards in the Wild Card.
Parkinson appeared in every game in 2023, recording 25 receptions on 34 targets for 247 yards and two touchdowns, representing 47% of offensive snaps.
