Jordan Love and the Green Bay Packers are fresh off of a massive Week 13 upset win over the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday Night Football. It was a game that put Green Bay back on the map and currently into a playoff spot. With the win, they also showcased the ability to win primetime games with a huge group of young players that had never played in that kind of environment.
A lot of the success that Green Bay had was due to the amazing performance put up by Love. He dominated the game from start to finish and showed off flashes of looking a lot like Aaron Rodgers.
With the performance that he had for the Packers, Love gained a lot of respect from around the NFL. One person who spoke out with glowing praise was NFL legend Terry Bradshaw.
Terry Bradshaw Doesn’t Hold Back On Packers QB Jordan Love
Before the games even began on Sunday, Bradshaw showered Love with major praise. He did not hold back on the bold take he made and was proven right with the game that Love produced.
“[Love] has stepped it up, America. The last three games, just lighting it up. I love gunslingers, like Josh Allen up in Buffalo. I love guys that force the ball down the field. Jordan Love does that. … Matt LaFleur has begun to trust Jordan Love.”

Bradshaw looked like an absolute genius by the time Sunday Night Football was over with.
Against the Chiefs, Love ended up completing 25 of his 36 pass attempts for 267 yards, three touchdowns, and zero interceptions. He had a passer rating of 118.6. Those numbers were good enough to completely outplay Chiefs’ legendary quarterback Patrick Mahomes.
Earlier this season, there were calls for the Packers to replace Love. He has since shut those critics up. On the season, he has now completed 61.3 percent of his passes for 2,866 yards, 22 touchdowns, and 10 interceptions.
Those numbers should give the Packers confidence that they have their new franchise quarterback. Now, Brian Gutekunst and company simply need to surrounding him with the most talent that they can. Green Bay is in a very good place from a draft pick perspective and they will have Rodgers’ dead cap space free up in the future as well.
It will be interesting to see what the future holds for Love and the Packers. Can he follow in the footsteps of Brett Favre and Rodgers? Only time will tell, but for right now, things are looking very good in Green Bay.
