Hashtags on the site formerly known as Twitter have been a fantastic way of gathering like-minded individuals from all over the web. When it comes to Major League Baseball, there’s so much content going out that following a certain hashtag makes sure you’re in the know. It’s the same in the NFL!

Each year, Twitter does a cool thing where if you use a special hashtag, a little icon shows up. It’s just another fun way of interacting with fans of the same team. In this series, we will give out each of the hashtags for all eight divisions, continuing with the AFC North.

    Baltimore Ravens (#RavensFlock)

The Baltimore Ravens are gearing up for a strong 2024 season, with quarterback Lamar Jackson leading a dynamic offense. The team has focused on enhancing its receiving options and strengthening the offensive line, aiming to improve its passing game. Defensively, the Ravens remain a tough unit, capable of shutting down opposing offenses. With aspirations of reclaiming the division title, they are a formidable contender.

With the addition of Derrick Henry, the Ravens offense has a chance to be even better in 2024 than it was in 2023. Patrick Queen, considered the top linebacker in the NFL, leads a tenacious defense that will keep the Ravens in every game. Baltimore has a great opportunity to repeat as AFC North champions.

    Cincinnati Bengals (#RuleTheJungle)

The Cincinnati Bengals are looking to build on their recent success, with quarterback Joe Burrow leading the charge. The offense is loaded with talent, including standout wide receivers and a solid running game. Defensively, the Bengals have made key additions to bolster their pass rush and secondary. With a favorable schedule, they are poised to make a deep playoff run.

No team has ever won the AFC North division three years in a row. Last year, the Bengals had that opportunity but Burrow’s injury(s) derailed that. They have great weapons and a defense that should be much improved. With a fourth-place schedule, the Bengals will not be out of it.

Bengals fans also like using the #WhoDey hashtag.

    Cleveland Browns (#DawgPound)

Cleveland Browns cornerback Denzel Ward (21) and safety Juan Thornhill (1) break up a pass intended for Tennessee Titans wide receiver Treylon Burks (16) during the fourth quarter in Cleveland, Ohio, Sunday, Sept. 24, 2023.

The Cleveland Browns are aiming for a bounce-back season in 2024, focusing on consistency and team chemistry. With a talented roster, including a strong running game and an improving defense, they have the potential to compete for a playoff spot. The key will be the performance of quarterback Deshaun Watson, who needs to regain his form for the Browns to succeed. They will face tough competition within the division.

Aside from Watson, the biggest question mark will be Nick Chubb and how well he’s healed up from his gruesome injury a year ago. The Browns also possess an elite defense led by the likes of Jeremiah Owusu-Koramoah and Denzel Ward.

    Pittsburgh Steelers (#HereWeGo)

The Pittsburgh Steelers are in a transitional phase, looking to develop their young talent while remaining competitive. With a strong defensive foundation, the team will rely on its defense to keep games close. Offensively, the Steelers need to find stability at quarterback and improve their scoring efficiency. They will aim to surprise opponents and make a push for the playoffs.

T.J. Watt is a freak of nature and Minka Fitzpatrick is one of, if not the best safety in the game. Both Russell Wilson and Justin Fields came to town. Wilson started Training Camp with an apparent calf injury, so Field has his opportunity to show out. Also, will this year be the year George Pickens breaks out as a member of the elites?
