NFL: Stefon Diggs’ Future With The Buffalo Bills Just Took A Major Hit

The Buffalo Bills have one of the NFL’s best quarterback/wide receiver combos. That’s a nice place to be in a league that continues to be driven by elite passing offenses. The Bills certainly have one of those, as the team has ranked in the top ten in passing yards and passing touchdowns for the last three seasons.  It is no secret that Diggs has been a key piece to their success, however, his future with the team is extremely cloudy.

Stefon Diggs Doesn’t Want To Be A Member Of The Buffalo Bills Anymore Per Stephen A. Smith

Stephen A. Smith reported on Monday that Buffalo Bills star wide receiver Stefon Diggs wants out:

“You got Diggs, this brother all world receiver but clearly wasn’t happy, he walked out, didn’t want to talk to nobody, then he came into training camp, they had some friction they had to get settled and all of this stuff.”

“Brother wants out,” he asserted. “I’m just telling you what I know, I’ve got my own sources. Brother wants out. He don’t want to be in Buffalo anymore. I have my sources, Diggs got to be there, but he would prefer to be gone because he’s lost a level of belief in the Buffalo Bills. That’s right, I said it.”

“But he’s not going to force his way out, he knows he’s got to be there and he’s got to perform, he ain’t feeling the Buffalo Bills the way he once did because he feels there’s a window of opportunity they may have missed out on. Josh Allen has got to show them that that’s not true.”

Diggs has been a major talking point this off-season.  Earlier this off-season he expressed that he may want to move on from Buffalo.  He deleted his Bills photos from Instagram in March and in April he Tweeted “Comeeee andddd rescue me…” It has gotten to the point that reports have leaked that the Bills would actually consider a trade.  Smith’s report that Diggs wants out isn’t surprising.
