The NFL released the Mic’d up sounds from the AFC and NFC Championship games on Wednesday and everyone is talking about Patrick Mahomes taunting the Baltimore Ravens on his touchdown pass to Travis Kelce. The Kansas City Chiefs won the game and are heading back to the Super Bowl, and Patrick Mahomes had some intense trash talk on his way back to the Super Bowl.
NFL Mics Caught Patrick Mahomes Taunting Baltimore Ravens
In the first quarter of the game Travis Kelce beat the Ravens elite corner back Kyle Hamilton and caught a great touchdown to go up 7-0 in the game. Following the touchdown Patrick Mahomes taunted the Ravens defensive back and anyone else he was next to. It started by just celebrating and turned into taunting the any Ravens player that was near him. He was heard saying;
“Go all day boy! All day boy. They can’t guard you,” he told Kelce.
He Then shifted his attention to the Ravens players yelling,
“He can’t guard him,” Mahomes said about Hamilton.
He made sure to say it many many times so that they could hear him.
Patrick Mahomes And Travis Kelce Get Into It With Justin Tucker
It seemed like that was the energy for Mahomes and Kelce since before the game even. They got into a little spat with Justin Tucker, with Travis Kelce throwing Tucker’s helmet many yards away while Tucker was warming up. This has been a season of many interesting moments for the Chiefs as they must now feel like they are the best things to ever happen to the NFL and they clearly carry that on their shoulders.
Thy are going back to the Super Bowl for a fourth time, so you can’t really blame them, although this type of behavior almost always catches up with you. Winners usually act like they have been their before as you never know when you get quickly humbled again. The San Francisco 49ers will try to do exactly that in the Super Bowl.
