While the NFL released many new rule changes this week, the Buffalo Bills announced their new season ticket prices, and they went up… a lot! While it is not surprising that the ticket prices are gong up as the Bills are one of the best teams in the NFL year in and year out with Josh Allen, fans are still shocked and outraged, as many will not be able to purchase the seats like they have for years.
Bills Mafia Heartbroken Over New Season Ticket Prices
The NFL is at an all time high with viewership and fan engagement so it makes sense that costs may go up across the board. The Salary cap has gone up the most it ever has in one season, and the Bills will not be the first great team in the league to change their season ticket pricing.
According to the Buffalo News, the season ticket prices are going for about $15,000 to $50,000 per seat. These are the top seats meaning the suites and club seats. This is a huge increase from the current prices for fans. This does not come as a huge surprise as the new stadium will be much nicer. However, this will stop many of their biggest and longest fans from being able to purchase the season tickets each year.
NFL Fans React To The Increase In Ticket Prices
Bills mafia is one of the craziest fan bases in the NFL and while they may get too crazy at times, they are some of the realest fans in the league. One huge fan and long time season ticket holder, who has had season ticket for the Bills for more than 50 years, revealed that she may not be able to get tickets in the future after this raise in prices. Now she is wondering if she will be even be able to get them for this season.
“It was heartbreaking,” she told the Buffalo News. “I walked out of there thinking, ‘Do I just have two seasons left?’”
She will not be the only long time fan to not be able to purchase tickets, and we will see how Bills Mafia reacts to this in the long term.

The Bills prices for season tickets are outrageous. We are a small market. Too high. Many season tickets holders won’t be able to afford them. I wouldn’t buy them. Too expensive. Lower the prices.
