The New York Giants added to their wide receiver corps with a little over two weeks before the 2024 NFL Draft. The Giants are exploring options for the passing game ahead of the draft. The team needs help at wide receiver and quarterback.
They could go either way with the No. 6 pick they own. The team has added players at both positions to their roster at both positions so they have flexibility in the first round. The Giants signed former Denver Broncos starting quarterback Drew Lock to compete for the QB1 job.

The New York Giants are getting a former third-round pick
The Baltimore Ravens drafted the former Notre Dame standout in the third round of the 2019 NFL Draft. He played with the Pittsburgh Steelers during the 2022-23 seasons. In his five-year NFL career, Boykin has started in 25 games and has recorded 38 catches for 498 yards and seven touchdowns.
Boykin caught three passes for 17 yards last season. He’s not going to be a WR1 for the Giants, but he will provide solid depth for whoever is under center in the upcoming season. Boykin is used to playing in offenses with run-heavy schemes.
