Michigan and Ohio State are still fighting each other about the sign-stealing scandal the Wolverines pulled off from 2021-2023.
Last year, Michigan’s sign-stealing scandal was released to the public in mid-October. From that day on, Ohio State fans have used it against the Wolverines, saying they beat Ohio State because they knew their signs.
Even after the sign-stealing scandal was blown up, Michigan still beat Ohio State without head coach Jim Harbaugh. This shows that Michigan’s three wins against the Buckeyes in the last three years weren’t because they had Ohio State’s signs but more because they were the better and more physical team.
A former Ohio State player came out on Thursday before he makes his NFL debut this weekend and talked about how the Wolverines knew a play the Buckeyes were going to run that they had never run before in a game.
Current Houston Texans tight end and former Ohio State Buckeye Cade Stover stated that there was a tight end screen the Buckeye’s offense was going to run, which they had never run before in a game. The Michigan players started yelling out the screen, knowing the play was coming.

It’s interesting to hear that the Wolverines knew the play even though Ohio State never put it on game film, so there had to be something more than just Michigan stealing signs happening during games.
Stover said that he didn’t do enough in the games against Michigan, and they beat us, but Michigan fans still went to social media to react to what the former Buckeye had to say about their team.
Michigan Fans React To Stover’s Comments
Cade Stover was truly awful against Michigan and instead of taking responsibility and getting better he wants to look for excuses…
This is Ryan Day’s culture…

Wow. Congratulations to Michigan for stealing signs of plays Ohio State had never run before. Truly an advanced scouting operation ahead of its time. https://t.co/Ch8yxNMUOn

Cade Stover is the epitome of Buckeye culture
Whine, blame your failures on someone else, make up excuses that are so ridiculous everyone can see it but you
Delusional losers
