Los Angeles Rams President Kevin Demoff takes on a new role for Kroenke Sports and Entertainment.
Kevin Demoff of the Los Angeles Rams is highly regarded in the NFL as the team’s President. He will now expand his role as the President of Team and Media Operations for Kroenke Sports & Entertainment. Demoff is thought to be the first executive to run four professional sports teams.
Demoff will oversee operations of all KSE teams, including the Denver Nuggets (NBA), Colorado Avalanche (NHL), Colorado Rapids (MLS), and Colorado Mammoth (NLL), as well as operations of all KSE Media properties, including Altitude Sports and Entertainment, KSE Radio, and Outdoor Sportsman Group.

“I am honored and humbled to take on this role with KSE and I am grateful to Stan and Josh for this opportunity,” Demoff said in a press release. “I am excited to work with so many talented teammates who have helped KSE become the most influential sports and entertainment company in the world. With the goal of sustaining winning cultures and organizations that transcend the field, court, or ice, we will collaboratively build a best-in-class experience for our fans in Denver, Los Angeles, and around the globe.”
Los Angeles Rams President
Kevin Demoff is in his 15th year as President of the Rams. In this capacity, Demoff serves as the team’s top front-office executive and liaison to owner and chairman Stan Kroenke on all organizational matters.
After serving on the working group that helped Kroenke return the Rams – Los Angeles’ original professional sports team – home to L.A., Demoff continues to play a significant role in delivering on Kroenke’s vision to design and construct Hollywood Park, the 298-acre sports and entertainment district in Inglewood that features SoFi Stadium, the home of the Rams. This is according to the team website.
According to SI.com, he has also helped to bring many prominent sporting events to the area and SoFi Stadium in particular, such as Super Bowls LVI and LXI, matches for the 2026 FIFA World Cup, including the opening match for the U.S. men’s national team, and the 2028 Summer Olympics.
New Job Responsibilities
It is fair to wonder how one man can wear so many hats. How will Kevin handle this role between four major sports?
“Basketball operations and hockey operations involving the Nuggets and Avalanche will not be significantly impacted by the maneuvering of corporate titles, according to Josh Kroenke, governor of both franchises and son of owner Stan Kroenke. The Nuggets don’t currently have a president of basketball operations presiding over general manager Calvin Booth, and the team doesn’t intend to reintroduce that position in the near future. The Avs will also remain relatively untouched with Joe Sakic serving as president of hockey ops and Chris MacFarland serving as general manager.
In other words, the appointment of Demoff adds one more executive to the room of decision makers.” According to the Denver Post.
Kevin Demoff will not have an offseason for the foreseeable future. To say the least, it will be interesting to see how he handles this new role in all four major sports.
